HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES

Atleo River Air Service has implemented the following policies and procedures in order to keep our crew and passengers safe.

• Charter services are available at this time, not scheduled or shared seating. 
• All of our aircrafts are routinely cleaned and touch points are wiped down.
• Face covering are optional for all passengers upon entry to the premises, and during flight.
• All headsets are regularly cleaned and disinfected
• Atleo River Air Service follows ALL Provincial and Federal government regulations and recommendations related to Covid-19 and disease prevention.
• Atleo River Air Service follows ALL Transport Canada regulations and recommendations related to Covid-19 and disease prevention.
• You will not be permitted to board the aircraft if you have a fever, cough or difficulty breathing.
• You will not be permitted to board the aircraft if you are currently under mandatory quarantine as a result of recent travel and/or by orders from provincial, territorial or public health authorities.
• All passengers MUST acknowledge if they have:
  • Been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the past 5 days
• We require all staff to follow PHO, Work Safe BC, and Health Canada mandates; and have a zero tolerance policy for illness in the workplace.
• Transactions are completed manually to limit contact when possible. 
• We will provide a full refund to passengers who are not able to fly due to last minute cancellations related to our Health & Safety policies.
• Atleo River Air Service has the right to decline entry/travel to anyone who is not compliant to these policies and/or causes a health & safety risk to our staff, pilots, and other passengers.
