Important Booking Notes
Please read the following information before making a booking.
Booking Policy:
Bookings requested online are not completed until someone from our guest services teams confirms your booking by phone or email. Once someone from our team confirms your booking, we require a valid credit card and contact phone number to reserve the aircraft and time for you. You are able to change, or cancel, your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled flight free of charge.
Payment Methods:
We accept cash, debit, Visa and MasterCard. Sorry, but we do not accept American Express.
Arrival:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled flight. We offer a fast & convenient check-in process. Note, that helicopter tours depart from the Tofino Airport, so you will meet there.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice for a change of time or cancellation. No Shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the flight cost.

Fuel Surcharges:
Occasionally the cost of fuel rises unexpectedly. When this happens, Atleo Air reserves the right to add a small fuel surcharge fee to your flight, based on fluctuating fuel costs. In the case that we have to add a small fuel surcharge to your tour, this will be clearly communicated to you in advance. You reserve the right to cancel your reserved flight at any time if you do not accept the fuel surcharge that is added.

- All charges are made in Canadian dollars and are subject to a 5% sales tax (GST).
- Some flights are subject to Park fees.
- Your payment will be completed on the day of your flight prior to departure.

Restrictions:
- Age - We have no age restrictions. Children that are 2 or older get their own seat, if they are under the age of 2 then they sit on an adults lap.
- Height - If you are taller that 6’6” it starts to get uncomfortable.
- Weight - If there are 4 - 6 passengers in you group, we need to know everyone's weights. Please let us know if you are more than 220 lbs so we can plan accordingly.
